Here are the steps taken once you have placed your order with us:
1.) Once your order is placed, we get in touch with you personally via WhatsApp or email (within 24hrs) to discuss some simple measurement needs, these measurements are easy and can be done by yourself with a school ruler at home. All our items are box cut, oversized fits, Its mainly to make sure it stays comfortable and cool.
2.) After we get these measurements your order will be placed into our production line, all our items take 5-10 working days to be completed and to be sent out to you.
3.) While your order is being made we do keep you updated with 2 progress messages. So you will stay informed throughout the whole process.
4.) Once your order is completed, we will plan the delivery with you, we use either postnet to postnet, or Courier Guy locker/kiosks nationwide.
If you are based in Cape Town CBD like us, we do uber parcel or sometimes even a personal delivery.
5.) Thats it! AND After all of this we do offer a 1 time edit if your item is too large or too long.
